Please always consult the individual garment care label located on the inside of your HANA garment for specific care instructions. For general guidance, please refer to the following:

• Gentle cold hand wash separately with mild detergent
• Do not dry clean
• Do not tumble dry
• Dry the garment by hanging it in the shade, away from direct sunlight
• Do not wring or twist
• Some slight shrinkage may occur after washing. Warm iron with steam on the reverse side will help to return the garment to its original shape.

Given the handcrafted nature of our garments, there may be slight variations in print and colour.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - All Australian orders over $150 AUD are free Standard Post (delivered within 2-8 business days).

Express Post (delivered within 1-3 business days) is available for orders over $150 AUD for an additional $5 AUD (selected at checkout). 

Australian orders under $150 AUD are able to select standard shipping for $10 AUD, or $15 AUD for express post.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS - All NZ orders over $150 AUD are free Standard Post (delivered within 4-7 business days).

Express Post (delivered within 2-5 business days) is available for orders over $150 AUD for an additional $15 AUD
(selected at checkout). 

New Zealand orders under $150 AUD are able to select standard shipping for $15 AUD, or $30 AUD for express post.

USA ORDERS - All USA orders over $150 AUD are free Standard Post (delivered within 5-9 business days).

Express Post (delivered within 3-6 business days) is available for orders over $150 AUD for an additional $25 AUD
(selected at checkout). 

USA orders under $150 AUD are able to select standard shipping for $25 AUD, or $50 AUD for express post.

USA orders are shipped through Australia Post and transferred to USPS upon arrival in the United States. Use the same tracking
number to track your order through USPS.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: From April 9th, 2025, all orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by US customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

All Hana The Label pieces are proudly designed in Sydney, Australia and shipped from our Australian warehouse. Please note, the country of origin for our garments is China, which may impact the fees applied upon arrival in the US.

REST OF WORLD ORDERS - All orders for all other countries are charged at a flat rate of $30 AUD.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, tariffs, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees (including returns) for international shipments, if applicable, are charged to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import charges may be applicable in your country.

All orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. During high volume periods such as new collection launches, sales, and holiday periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. All orders are packaged in our branded 100% cotton dust bags, and shipped in compostable mailers. RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all items when returned within 14 days of delivery of shipment, except those
marked ‘Final Sale’. 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty. For
more information, please refer to our refund policy.
