Please note that if you place an order with us online and payment is accepted via your selected payment method, we nonetheless reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a full refund (for example if we are out of stock of the product or other reason).

Hana The Label attempts to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colours are represented as best as we can. Hana The Label can’t guarantee that the colours represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. You will rely solely on your own judgement in using the Website for purchasing products.
By purchasing from Hana The Label you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour, slight variations in print placements, and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different depending on individual monitor settings and screen brightness. Additionally, lighting, editing, and the model’s complexion may impact colour perception in photos. For the most accurate colour representation, always please refer to the ghost mannequin images, which are photographed on a white background to provide the best indication of the true colour.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
USE OF DISCOUNT CODES:
Discount or promotional codes, issued by Hana The Label, are applicable for single use per order and may not be combined with other offers. Redemption of multiple discount codes for a single order is not permissible; only one discount code can be applied per order. We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before a promotion has commenced or after it has concluded.
