SHIPPING

By purchasing from Hana The Label you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour, slight variations in print placements, and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different depending on individual monitor settings and screen brightness. Additionally, lighting, editing, and the model’s complexion may impact colour perception in photos. For the most accurate colour representation, always please refer to the ghost mannequin images, which are photographed on a white background to provide the best indication of the true colour.  

All orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. During high volume periods such as new collection launches, sales, and holiday periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. All orders are packaged in our branded 100% cotton dust bags, and shipped in compostable mailers. All orders are posted with Australia Post, and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Once an item has been dispatched by Hana The Label, we have no control over any delivery delays due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, once an item has been marked as delivered, Hana The Label is not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. If you are unable to locate your delivered parcel, please lodge a claim directly with the postal carrier. We recommend contacting your local postal office or using the carrier's online claim process for assistance

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All Australian orders over $150 AUD are free Standard Post (delivered within 2-8 business days). Express Post (delivered within 1-3 business days is available for orders over $150 AUD for an additional $5 AUD (selected at checkout).

Australian orders under $150 AUD are able to select standard shipping for $10 AUD, or $15 AUD for express post.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

All NZ orders over $150 AUD are free Standard Post (delivered within 4-7 business days). Express Post (delivered within 2-5 business days) is available for orders over $150 AUD for an additional $15 AUD (selected at checkout). 

New Zealand orders under $150 AUD are able to select standard shipping for $15 AUD, or $30 AUD for express post.

Orders are shipped through Australia Post and transferred to NZ Post upon arrival in New Zealand. Use the same tracking number to track your order through NZ Post.

SINGAPORE ORDERS

All Singapore orders over $150 AUD are free Standard Post (delivered within 4-7 business days). Express Post (delivered within 3-5 business days) is available for orders over $150 AUD for an additional $25 AUD (selected at checkout). 

Singapore orders under $150 AUD are able to select standard shipping for $25 AUD, or $50 AUD for express post.

Orders are shipped through Australia Post and transferred to Singapore Post upon arrival in Singapore. Use the same tracking number to track your order through Singapore Post.

USA ORDERS

All United States orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

All applicable duties and tariffs are included in your final checkout total. There are no additional charges due upon delivery.

All USA orders over $150 AUD are free Standard Post (delivered within 5-9 business days). Express Post (delivered within 3-6 business days) is available for orders over $150 AUD for an additional $25 AUD (selected at checkout). 

USA orders under $150 AUD are able to select standard shipping for $25 AUD, or $50 AUD for express post.

Orders are shipped through Australia Post and transferred to USPS upon arrival in the United States. Your Australia Post tracking number can also be used to track through USPS.

Please note that any initial shipping charges or duties paid are non-refundable.

REST OF WORLD ORDERS

All orders for all other countries are charged at a flat rate of $30 AUD.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees (“Import Fees”), as determined by the destination country. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is solely responsible for any applicable Import Fees, including those incurred on returns. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Hana The Label is not liable for any customs-related delays or additional fees. If customs authorities require further details to release your parcel, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide this information directly.

If you choose to refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any Import Fees, duties and tariffs charged on the package, and the cost of returning the item to Hana The Label. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: Hana The Label is not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier in Australia, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
